2XZ真空泵操作須知 1．查看油位，以停泵時注油至油標中心為宜。過低對排氣閥不能起油封作用，影響真空度。過高，可能會引起通大氣起動時噴油。運轉(zhuǎn)時，油位有所升高，屬正常現(xiàn)象。油采 用規(guī)定牌號的清潔真空泵油，從加油孔加入。加油畢后，應旋一上螺塞。油宜經(jīng)過濾，以免雜物進入，堵塞油孔。 2．2XZ型旋片式真空泵可在通大氣或任何真空度下一次起動。泵口如裝接電磁閥，應與泵同時動作。 3．環(huán)境溫度過高時，油的溫度升高，粘度下降，飽和蒸汽壓會增大，會引起極限真空有所下降，特別是用熱偶計測得的全壓強。如加強通風散熱，或改善泵油性能，極限真空可得到改善。 4．檢查2XZ型旋片式真空泵的極限真空以壓縮式水銀真空計為準，如計經(jīng)充分預抽校驗，泵溫達到穩(wěn)定，泵口與計直接接通，運轉(zhuǎn)30分鐘內(nèi)，將達到極限真空。總壓強計測得之值與泵油和真空計、規(guī)管誤差有關，有時誤差甚至可很大，只能作參考。 5．如相對濕度較高，或被抽氣體含較多可凝性蒸汽，接通被抽容器后，宜打開氣鎮(zhèn)閥，運轉(zhuǎn)20～40分鐘后關閉氣鎮(zhèn)閥。停泵前，可開氣鎮(zhèn)閥空載運動30分鐘，以延長泵油壽命。 6．2XZ型旋片式真空泵用油選擇：泵油的粘度影響起動功率和泵的極限真空，粘度高時對真空度有利，起動功率則大一些。油在泵溫下的飽和蒸汽壓則會影響泵的極限總壓強，越低越好。高速真空泵油和3#擴散泵油的粘度較1號真空泵油大，飽和蒸汽壓較1號真空泵油低，但3#擴散泵油價格較高。具體選什么油，可根據(jù)上述介紹結合具體使用要求來選擇。 1一般情況下，凡希望總壓強在6X10-2帕以上的應用上海產(chǎn)的高速真空泵油。4升/秒以下小泵也可用1號真空油泵代，8升/秒以上直聯(lián)泵可用3#擴散泵油代。 2如果對真空度要求不高，且油的污染更換頻繁，真空泵油供應困難，可采用50號機械油代替。 3如果環(huán)境溫度低，起動困難，極限真空要求不高，可采用粘度較上略低的真宅泵油或機械油。 旋片式真空泵性能參數(shù) 型號 2XZ-0.25真空泵 2XZ-0.5真空泵 2XZ-1真空泵 2XZ-2真空泵 2XZ-4真空泵 2XZ-8真空泵
