設計要點

　　隨著我國對環境治理要求越來越高，PM2.5越來越成為環境監測的重要指標，而空氣中的揚塵作為影響PM2.5指標的重要組成部分，也成為各環保部門監控的對象。當檢測粉塵的主要手段是手工采樣、分析，檢測效率低，而且浪費大量人力物力。我公司為改善空氣質量利用無線傳感器技術和激光粉塵測試設備，自助研發的全天候戶外揚塵監控系統，除了可以實現揚塵監控以外，還可以監測PM2.5、PM10，PM1.0、TSP、噪聲、環境溫度，環境濕度，風速、風向等環境因子，各測試點的測試數據通過無線通訊直接上傳到監測后臺，大大節省了環保部門監測成本，提高監測效率。

應用域

　　主要適用于建筑工地、拆遷工地、煤礦廠、工業園區、社區、城市環境、住宅小區等。

技術參數

　　1、 PM 量程：0～1000ug/m3，分辨率：1ug/m3，精度：±10%F·S;

　　空氣溫度傳感器量程：-40～70℃，分辨率：0.1℃，精度：±0.2℃;

　　空氣濕度傳感器量程：0～100%，分辨率：0.1%，精度：±3%;

　　風速傳感器量程：0～60m/s，分辨率：0.1 m/s 精度：±0.3m/s;

　　風向傳感器量程：8 個方位;

　　噪聲傳感器量程：30～130db，分辨率：0.1db 精度：± 0.5%F·S

　　2、 Pm 測量采用激光散射原理，以風扇作為動力，內置防蟲網，不會因為小蟲造成數據測量不準確。

　　3、 該設備具有 1 路百葉盒(溫度、濕度、噪聲、PM2.5、PM10、氣壓)采集、1 路風速采集、1 路風向采集。

　　4、 支持二次開發，含聯網模塊，默認 GPRS 上傳，可免費對接各地區項目平臺(可更改 4G 上傳方式)，默認帶 1 路標準 modbus 輸出。

　　5、 默認帶一路繼電器輸出，Pm2.5 超限可自動關聯霧炮做現場降塵控制;

　　6、 LED 屏顯示標頭可隨時隨地任意更改，標頭可通過配置 APP 以及軟件端更改;

　　7、 LED 大屏尺寸 54cm*102cm，可三行或者 4 行顯示可以任意變動;

　　8、 可選配現場聲光報警，及防水箱，避雷針

　　9、 安裝簡單方便，傻瓜式安裝
