WX-2000型自由膨脹率測定儀鵬翼低價曝光使用方法試驗方法：

1、取代表性風干土樣碾碎，使其全部通過0.5mm篩�；旌暇鶆蚝�，取約50g放入盛土盒內，移入烘箱，在105-110度溫度下烘干，取出，放在干燥器內冷卻至室溫。

2、將無頸漏斗裝在漏斗架上，量土杯放在底板上的圓環中，是漏斗下口對正量土杯，調漏斗架使漏斗下口距量土杯口10mm的距離。

3、從干燥器內取出土樣，用匙將土樣倒入量土杯中，盛滿后沿口刮平土面，再將量土杯中土樣倒入匙中，然后把量土杯放在無頸漏斗下對中，次將匙中土樣倒入漏斗，用細玻璃棒或鐵絲輕輕攪動漏斗中土樣，使其全部漏下，用平口刀垂直杯口輕輕刮去多余土樣（嚴防震動），并稱記杯中土質量。

4、同上法，稱取第二個試樣，進行平行測定，兩次質量差值不大于0.1g.

5、在玻璃量筒中注入蒸餾水30ml,并加入5ml(5%的分析純氯化鈉）溶液，然后將量土杯中的土樣倒入玻璃量筒中。

6、用攪拌器攪拌量筒內懸液，攪拌器應上液面下至底，攪拌10次（時間約10S)，經攪拌器上附著的土粒沖洗入量筒，并洗量筒內壁，使量筒內液面約至50ml刻度處

7、量筒中土樣沉積后約每隔5h,記錄次試樣體積，體積估讀至0.1ml,讀數時要求視線與土面在同平面上，兩次讀數差值不大于0.2ml時，認為膨脹穩定，用此穩定讀數計算自由膨脹率。

8按下式計算土樣的自由膨脹率

式中：Fs-自由膨脹率   %，準至1%

         V-圖樣在量筒中膨脹穩定后體積ml

         V0-量土杯容積     ml,(干土自由堆積體積）

試驗應做兩次平行測定，取其算術平均值平行差值為：

Fs≥60%時不大于8%

         Fs<60%時不大于5%
