售后服務：

質保期內所提供服務 The service provided within the warranty period.

1.我們保證為貨物提供為期  1 年的保修，保修時間從驗收簽字起起計算。在質保期內我方將嚴格遵守中華人民共和國的相關法律和法規對貨物提供“三包”等售后服務,除非合同另行規定。

We will provide 1 year of warranty period beginning from the signing of the certificate of acceptance,  We will faithfully abide by the relevant laws, statutes ａnd regulations promulgated by the People’s Republic of China ａnd provide “Three Guarantees” ａnd other after-sales services concerning the Goods, unless stipulated otherwise in the Contract

2.我們在中國國內設有（或委托）永久性常駐維修機構處理所有維修服務，并配有專職的、具有三年以上相應工作經驗的技術人員。備品備件等供應充足完全可以滿足用戶五年所需。在委托中國國內永久性常駐維修機構承擔維修服務時，我們將提供具有法律效力的相關證明文件。

We have (or entrust) permanent facilities in China to provide repair ａnd maintenance services stationed with professional technical personnel with three years of similar experience. The spare parts are sufficient to meet the needs of the users for five years. If entrust permanent facilities in China to do such work, we will provide the relevant legally effective certificates.

三、質保期后所提供服務

1.質保期后我方將為需方提供設備所需的備品備件以滿足長期使用；

We can supply the spare parts required by the end-users for a long term beyond the warranty period.

2.保證期后的三年內，我方將負責幫助需方維修設備在此期間設備出現的故障；

Within the next 3 years after the warranty period, we will help the end-users carry out the maintenance.

3.需方機器出現故障不能使用，我方提供同型號備用機一臺，已備需方使用。
