福建4-10型箱式電阻爐，弗爐，高溫爐廠工作原理安裝使用：

1.       打開包裝后，檢查電爐是否完全損壞，配套件是否齊全，本系列電阻爐需平放在室內平整的地面或擱架上，控制器應避免振動，放置位置與電爐不宜太近防止過熱而使內部元件不能正常工作。

2.       在電源線引入處需安裝電源開關，以控制總電源，為了保證安全操作電爐與控制器均可靠接地。

3.       將控制器【輸入】端子與電源開關相鏈接，將電爐后部電熱防護罩打開將內部接線柱與控制器輸出子相連，將電熱偶插入爐膛內大于20mm，孔與電熱偶之間空隙用于石棉繩填塞，用補償導線與控制器【熱電偶】接線柱相連，注意正負，不要接反補償導線紅色為正。帶有行程開關的電阻爐，將控制器行程開關連線拆除后，在于行程開關線相連接，無行程開關的電爐可不必理會。

4.       經檢查接線確認無誤后【電源線，熱電偶，行程開關線】將接線時拆下的蓋子復位，然后接通電源，打開控制器電源開關，將溫度調節儀表設定至所需溫度，此時儀表綠亮，表示加熱開始，并且電流表根據功率大小，相應的產生讀書，調節儀表指示溫度也同是隨之上升，當溫度升到設定溫度時，調節儀表自動切斷電源，紅燈亮，電流表指示歸0，但溫度仍然上升，此乃余熱響應，稍后溫度即會回落。

注意事項：

1.       當電爐第次使用或長期停用后再次使用時，必須進行烘爐，烘爐時間溫度200度，打開爐門四個小時，200度-400度，關閉爐門兩個小時，400度-600度關閉爐門兩個小時，使用時，爐溫不得超過高溫度，以免燒壞電熱元件，并禁止向爐膛內灌注各種液體及易溶解的金屬，電爐好在低于高溫度50度以下工作，此時電熱元件有較長壽命。

2.       電爐和控制器必須在相對溫度不超過85%，沒有導電塵埃或爆炸性氣體和腐蝕性氣體的場所工作。凡附有油脂之類金屬材質及樹脂，需進行加熱時，有大量發揮性氣體將影響和腐蝕電熱元件表面，使之燒毀和縮短壽命，因此加熱時應及時預防，不但加熱元件異斷而且電偶也會被腐蝕，使壽命低，并且易導致燒毀爐絲的同時將爐膛擊穿。

3.       控制器的工作環境溫度限于5-50度

4.       根據技術要求，應經常檢查電爐，控制器各接線是否良好，指針試調節儀表，指針運動時有無卡主現象，并用電位插計學校對儀表有無誤差增大的情況

5.       電熱偶不要再高溫驟然拔出或插入，以防外套管炸裂。

6.       經常保持爐膛清潔，及時清除爐內氧化物之類的東西。

7.       更換爐絲時，現將電爐上蓋打開將保溫材料及爐膛取出，將舊絲取出后，爐絲孔應清理干凈，測量爐絲在爐膛的長度后，通電將爐絲拉勻，把爐絲裝入爐膛，引出端套裝絕緣瓷管后與接線柱鏈接，裝配爐膛時應注意爐膛與爐口對正，保溫材料填充嚴密。

8.       爐膛在長期使用后，由于應力會產生裂紋，特別是爐口部位如不危及結構可不必更換爐膛。
