瀝青運動粘度計（毛細管法）所示，電原理圖見圖2所示，主要特點為：

⒈雙層恒溫浴：內層采用φ300×300mm的硬質玻璃缸，外層保溫套為φ360×285mm的有機玻璃筒，內外層之間為空氣保溫層，試驗時，為不使水蒸氣進入保溫層而影響觀測，可在保溫層充入干燥空氣（充氣設備自備）。浴缸蓋上有四個孔，分別安放毛細管粘度計夾子和膠木蓋。在夾子上裝有三個調節螺釘，以調節毛細管粘度計的垂直度。

⒉照明燈采用220V16W2D熒光燈，為清晰地觀測毛細管粘度計的讀數提供了保證。

 ⒊溫控儀：

⑴溫度傳感器：工業鉑電阻,其分度號為Pt100。

⑵溫控儀：智能溫度控制儀，具有PID自整定和四位雙LED 窗指示功能，控溫迅速,響應快,超調小,控溫精度±0.1℃。

⑶加熱系統：1000W和600W雙電加熱管加熱。儀器剛開始工作時，1000W輔助加熱和600W控溫加熱起加熱，升溫快；在設定的觀測溫度點附近，能自動調整加熱功率，1000W輔助加熱關閉，僅600W控溫加熱工作，保證浴溫的穩定。瀝青運動粘度計    ⒋攪拌系統：電動攪拌機為單相異步電動機。電動軸與攪拌軸由環氧棒隔離，不致影響電機正常工作。
