    　　5、擊錘； 
    　　6、立柱； 
    　　7、沖擊杯； 
    　　8、底座 

集料沖擊儀 試驗方法： 

    
    　　1、備料：篩取通過15mm篩孔保留在10mm篩上的集料1Kg，風干革命或加熱烘干，烘干時溫度不超過100℃，時間不超過4小時。
    　　2、盛料：用鏟將集實的三分之從容器頂不超過50mm處裝入量筒，用搗實棒圓形端將集料搗實25次，每次搗實應從量筒頂不超過50處自由落下，落點尖在集實表面均勻分布。用同樣方法，并重復兩次，以便疚入另外二個三分之集料。三次盛料完成后，用搗實棒在容器頂滾動的辦法，除去多作的集料，對阻礙棒滾動的集料用手除去并用外加集料填滿任何明顯的孔隙。 
    　　3、稱量：將量筒中盛滿的集料倒于天平中稱取質量（質量m，準備至0.1g），第二次試驗用同樣質量。 
    　　4、倒料：將量筒中集料倒入機器底座上的金屬杯中，并用搗實棒在它上面單獨搗實25次，以便壓實。 
    　　5、錘擊：讓錘從380±5mm處自由落下錘擊集料，并連續錘擊達15次。每次錘擊間隔不少于1。第錘擊后，對所要求落高不再調整。 
    　　6、篩分和稱量：將杯中擊碎的石料倒至清潔的托盤上，并用橡膠錘錘擊金屬杯外面，用硬毛刷刷內表面，直至集料細顆粒全部落在托盤上為止。 
    　　將擊碎集料倒入2.5mm篩上進行篩分，直至在1分鐘內沒有進步明顯增量為止。 
    　　將通過2.5mm篩孔的石屑和保留在2.5mm篩孔的石屑置于天平上稱量，精確到01g，分別以m1（篩下）和m2（篩上）表示。若m1＋m2大于m＋1g時，則其結果無效。 
    　　7、復試：用同第次相同的質量的另樣，重復整個程序進行試驗。 

使用方法： 
    　　1、將沖擊值試驗機置于試驗室地面上，下面放置鑄鐵或厚木板。 
    　　2、提起擊錘（6），使擊錘掛鉤與上掛鉤（4）接合掛牢。 
    　　3、將集料倒入試驗機底座上的沖擊杯中（8），按試驗方法操作。 
    　　4、按動釋放按鈕（2）此時上掛鉤（4）和擊錘掛鉤（5）脫鉤，錘自行脫落。 

維修保養： 
    　　1、每次試驗結束后將儀器擦拭干凈，運動部位加潤滑油保養。 
    　　2、使用時不要隨便觸動釋放開關，以免發生意外。 
    　　3、不使用時將擊錘放置于儀器底部，防止閑置時意外事故發生。
