平板載荷儀技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1、荷載板直徑：300mm
2、千斤頂加載能力范圍：0-300T
3、千斤頂行程：120mm
4、測(cè)橋跨度：3000mm
5、手動(dòng)油泵額定壓力：70MPa
6、壓力測(cè)試范圍：0-25MPa
7、位移測(cè)試范圍：0-10mm
8、使用15號(hào)機(jī)械油，適用環(huán)境溫度為5℃- 45℃
二、基本構(gòu)造
平板載荷儀由加載系統(tǒng)、測(cè)橋等組成。（如附圖所示）
1、加載系統(tǒng)：由荷載板、千斤頂、手動(dòng)油泵、高壓油管組成，荷載板上刻有放置千斤頂?shù)亩ㄎ痪�。
2、測(cè)橋：由支座、橫梁和百分表及支架等組成。橫梁可沿兩個(gè)支座立柱升降，以調(diào)整高度。

平板載荷儀安裝方法（見(jiàn)附圖）

1、將橫梁用支座立柱固定好，以距地面250mm為宜，兩個(gè)支座要放平，立柱要在同條垂直線上，橫梁在兩個(gè)支座上的高度要相同。
2、接好油泵、壓力表、高壓油管、千斤頂。

準(zhǔn)備工作

1、將荷載板放置在已整平的（好再鋪上層薄薄的細(xì)砂）試驗(yàn)點(diǎn)上。
2、將配合試驗(yàn)的載重車(chē)開(kāi)至離試驗(yàn)點(diǎn)定距離的地方，此距離應(yīng)不小于米，并使載重車(chē)后部大梁位于荷載板正上方。
3、將千斤頂放置在荷載板上。
4、安裝測(cè)橋使之處于大致以實(shí)驗(yàn)點(diǎn)對(duì)稱的位置。
5、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)千斤頂絲杠，使其頂部與載車(chē)后部大梁接觸，高度不夠時(shí)，可
用加長(zhǎng)桿或墊塊。
6、將百分表安裝在百分表表架上，兩個(gè)磁力表座吸放在荷載板直徑線兩對(duì)稱點(diǎn)上，并使百分表觸點(diǎn)頭垂直落在橫梁測(cè)點(diǎn)上

試驗(yàn)方法（供參考）

1、為穩(wěn)定荷載板，先加定的負(fù)荷（0.035MPa），然后卸除，讀取百分表的讀數(shù)為下沉量的起始讀數(shù)。
2、為預(yù)估限荷載的1/8-1/10作為荷載增量，分加荷，當(dāng)不易預(yù)枯其限壓力時(shí)，可按每0.035MPa（承載板荷載強(qiáng)度）為增量，每增加荷載，等該荷載下沉量終止后，讀出并記錄荷載強(qiáng)度和下沉理的讀數(shù)。
注：A當(dāng)分鐘的下沉量不大于該荷載強(qiáng)度下產(chǎn)生的總下沉量的1%時(shí)，即可認(rèn)為下沉已終止。
B從壓力表上讀得的荷載值為千斤頂油缸內(nèi)油壓。
3、當(dāng)荷載強(qiáng)度超過(guò)估計(jì)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際大接觸壓力，或者達(dá)到地基屈服點(diǎn)是時(shí)，試驗(yàn)既停止。

計(jì)算

 
根據(jù)：P=     即F=P·S    得 P h ·S h = P y ·S y
 
P h ——荷載板荷載強(qiáng)度（MPa）
S h——荷載板面積（K30型荷載板面積 15×15×3.14）cm  2
P y ——千斤頂油缸內(nèi)的油壓（從壓力表上顯示MPa）
S y——油缸的面積（3.14×4.2×4.2÷4）cm  2 （D=4.2cm）
所以：P h =（S y / S h ）·P y
由于平板荷載儀本身有定的重量，系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部有定的阻力。測(cè)試時(shí)應(yīng)加以校正。其計(jì)算公式如下：

PG  千斤頂及30板自重對(duì)荷載板的壓強(qiáng)

根據(jù)各荷載強(qiáng)度（ P h ）值和對(duì)應(yīng)的下沉量（兩個(gè)百分表平均值）繪制荷載強(qiáng)度——下沉量曲線，根據(jù)曲線找出某下沉量時(shí)的荷載強(qiáng)度，再由下式 計(jì)算地基系數(shù)K：
K= 荷載強(qiáng)度（MPa）/ 下沉量（cm）

注意事項(xiàng)及維修保養(yǎng)
1、壓力表應(yīng)保持清潔，百分表不要隨意抽拉或沖擊，測(cè)桿部分不能粘上灰土和油污。百分表、壓力表不用時(shí)，要裝箱保護(hù)，置于室內(nèi)干燥處，防震、防潮濕。
2、油泵的液壓油（15號(hào)機(jī)械油）應(yīng)定期補(bǔ)充。
3、測(cè)試，應(yīng)將各部件邊接完好，不得松動(dòng)。
4、測(cè)試時(shí)，百分表的測(cè)桿應(yīng)垂直于荷載板平面，半徑要相同。
5、用作反力的載重車(chē)，車(chē)輪離千斤頂中心的距離應(yīng)大于1m。
八、附注
1、在油泵加壓，要檢查系統(tǒng)內(nèi)是否有空氣，如有，請(qǐng)從高壓油管接頭（接千斤頂端）處放盡。即用小改錐正壓油管內(nèi)小頂針，給油泵加壓，等管內(nèi)無(wú)氣泡冒出流油為止。
2、當(dāng)檢測(cè)地基進(jìn)，先對(duì)系統(tǒng)試壓，如壓力不穩(wěn)，請(qǐng)將壓力升高至8MPa左右，然后從減壓閥放油為零，反復(fù)幾次，至壓力穩(wěn)定，壓力表回零。關(guān)閉減壓閥，即可進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。

平板載荷儀
